Origin: Tenuta Tamborini, Castelrotto, Malcantone (Ticino) Organoleptic properties and characteristics: Colour: deep ruby with deep red reflections Bouquet: different aromatic components with notes of mature redcurrant, morello cherry and blackberry to which spicy notes such as tobacco and cacao are present. Taste: an enveloping and consistent entry, supported by a good freshness. Same characteristics as perceived in the bouquet and a pleasant mineral note. Seducing tannins. A wine of great elegance and after some years of ageing further complexity will be achieved. Drink temperature: 18 – 20° C Ideal with: grilled red meat, furred game and feathered game, mature cheese |
